88.2% of residents were satisfied with Wherry as their landlord in February.

We regularly survey our residents to see what they think of the services we offer. This month 88.2% of residents surveyed said they were either Fairly Satisfied or Very Satisfied with the services we provide as their landlord. The graph below shows our performance so far this year for this survey question.

From April 2009 to February 2010 an amazing 5317 of our residents told us they were satisfied or very satisfied with the services we provide.

We are very pleased with this performance but are still hoping to increase satisfaction further by holding another round of Fun Days this year to find out what is important to our residents and how we can improve.
