We welcome the reporting of non emergency repairs by text to number 07624 804159. Please ensure that the first line of your address and postcode are included in the text message together with a brief description of the problem eg dripping kitchen tap. The Customer Services team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your text (weekends and bank holidays excluded) to arrange a convenient appointment date.
