Wherry Housing Association is part of Circle Anglia housing group and is a non-profit making organisation which means that any 'surpluses' are invested back into new and existing homes.
Wherry Housing Association is managed by a Board of 11 members, made up of 2 Councillors from all political parties, 3 residents and 6 independent people with professional skills to help run the service. We also have a Company Secretary who ensures that the company is run in full compliance with the Companies Act and all other appropriate legislation and best practice guidance.
