Sheltered Housing and Housing Support

Russet Homes owns 11 Sheltered Schemes within the Borough of Tonbridge & Malling. These schemes have either a resident Scheme Manager, or a Support Officer who is on site during office hours but 24-hour support is available via Invicta's social alarm monitoring service.
Housing Support services are provided to all tenants living in supported or sheltered housing, but can also be offered to other tenants who need additional help or support.
