We operate priority-based service for day to day repairs, in partnership with our maintenance contractor, Mears.

Russet repairs

Repairs should be reported through the Contact Russet team, using the 24-hour freephone repair line, 0800 197 2880.

Alternatively, mobile phone users can report repairs on 01732 774180.

Non-urgent repairs can be reported through the Tenants' website, using the 'Customer Services' link on this page.
