Planned maintenance and Improvements
We have programme of planned maintenance and improvements projects.
Our Asset Management delivery plan sets out a five year programme for maintenance and improvement works, which is reviewed each year to produce a detailed annual programme that includes:
- planned maintenance projects such as rewiring and repointing,
- estate refurbishments and
- other improvement works.
We publish a 
leaflet (120 KB) annually that sets out our planned maintenance and improvement programme for the forthcoming year.
