Moving to another Russet Homes' property
Russet Homes no longer operates its own Transfer List. If you would like to move to a a different Russet Homes' property, you will need to register with the relevant local authority (usually Tonbridge & Malling or Maidstone Borough Councils) and bid for the home you want to move to through the Kent Homechoice scheme. Some vacant properties will be reserved for transferring tenants, who will be be only applicants able to bid for them.
Once you have made a successful bid, your transfer will be dealt with by Russet Homes staff in the usual way.
