Our homes are all let through the choice based lettings scheme operated through Kent Homechoice, including applications from existing tenants wishing to transfer.

Mutual exchanges are administered by staff at our two Regional Offices

If you are homeless, threatened with homelessness, or wish to apply for housing, you should contact your local Borough Council.
