Sheltered Housing
Our sheltered housing is purpose-built accommodation for older people who want to live independently in a secure
environment.
Each scheme has a Support Officer to manage the scheme and a 24-hour emergency call service provided by Invicta Telecare. The schemes have a communal lounge, where tenants can meet and take part in social activities. We also provide laundry facilities. Some have guest rooms and most have a communal garden for the tenants’ enjoyment.
We recognise that people have their own individual needs and wherever possible we aim to meet these. To sustain your independence for as long as possible, you can get help from the Support Officer and care from Social Services and care agencies.
