Improvements
We operate a number of improvement schemes, including:
*A 'fast-track' scheme to create hard-standings to provide in-curtilage parking. There may be a waiting list for this scheme.
*Home Refurbishments to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms. We target the oldest properties first, and will send tenants fulll details as and when their homes become eligible under this scheme.
*a 'fast-track' scheme to install central heating, at the tenant's request.
All the above schemes are available at no extra cost to our tenants.
