Resident services
As landlord of over 6600 homes, we are responsible for the following:
- Rent collection and control of rent arrears, including the provision of advice on benefit entitlement.
- Allocating new homes.
- Maintenance of amenity areas, and provision of an aided garden service for the elderly or disabled.
- Monitoring and dealing with instances of anti-social behaviour
- Resident Involvement.
- Estate Management
- Facilitating disabled adaptation works through our 'Stay Active' service.
- Repairs , Maintenance and Improvements
- Development and Home Ownership schemes
Most of our housing management services are provided by staff based at our two 
Regional Offices (58 KB) at Tonbridge and Larkfield.
Our services are underpinned by our Service Excellence Standards, which demonstrate our commitment to providing high quality services in an efficient and user-friendly way. We have also issued a set of guarantees (154 KB)setting out five promises relating to services and programmes that we aim to provide over the next two years.
