Involvement Statement and Impact Assessment
Each year we produce a Resident Involvement Statement and Impact Assessment.
Our 
2009 Resident Involvement Statement (3.1 MB) explains why it is important for residents to be involved in the formulation and review of our services, the ways in which they can be involved, what we achieved in 2008 and what we aim to achive during the next year.
We have also produced an Impact Statement (143 KB), which details the influence that every resident involvement action has had on the running of Russet Homes and the development of its services.
