Russet Residents Federation
Our Tenant Federation was originally formed in 1997, and has become the Russet Residents Federation since October 2009. Membership is open to both formal and informal Tenant Groups, and also includes a number of interested individuals from areas where no tenant group currently exist and representatives from sheltered schemes.
Russet Residents Federation's three officers are:
- Chairman John Figgett (St Stephens' Community Association, Tonbridge)
- Vice Chairman Kath Perry (Winterfield Estate, East Malling)
- Treasurer Jon Spencer (Airfield Estate, West Malling).
The other members of the Association are:
