Previous year's performance

Last modified 08/04/10 at 09:57

We are regularly assessed by our Regulator, the Tenant Services Authority (formerly the Housing Corporation), who produce a variety of reports on our performance. The Circle Anglia Group received 4 'green lights' in 2008, which means we continue to be eligible for Housing Corporation Funding. We also monitor our own performance against a range of external performance indicators and internally-set targets.

Performance Monitoring

Performance Indicators are published annually for all Registered Social Landlords by the Tenant Services Authority. These measure performance across the whole range of RSLs’ activity, including rent levels, allocations, development and repairs. The most recent indicators are available from the TSA's website. We use these performance indicators to monitor how we perform compared to other local social housing providers.

We also:

  • Monitor our performance against our service standards
  • Produce a Quarterly Operational Statement (281 KB) measuring performance against a range of key targets
  • Monitor our performance through our membership of Housemark.

External assessment

A group Assessment is carried out annually by the TSA (formerly Housing Corporation) to assess our performance against four criteria: viabilty, governance, management and development.

The Audit Commission undertook an inspection of our Housing Management services in 2006 and awarded us a two-star rating overall.

We currently hold the Investor in People accreditations, which demonstrates a commitment to supporting and developing staff.
