March Summer Festival - The Circus Comes To Town

Last modified 25/06/10 at 09:58

The 10th annual March Summer Festival took place over the weekend of the 12th June 2010. This year the theme of the festival was 'The Circus Comes To Town'.

Roddons supported the event and provided a stand at West End Park on Saturday where residents were able to meet and talk to staff and lots of colouring fun and face painting was supplied for the children.

During the afternoon Roddons joined in with the Gala Parade. Roddons staff threw themselves into the fun of the festival by dressing as clowns and lions and handing out sweets and goodies to children during the procession. The Roddons truck displayed a brand new Wendy House, built and decorated together with our contractor, Apollo. The Wendy House was then donated to Westwood School as a replacement for one that was destroyed in an arson attack in April.
