Our aim is to provide you with excellent customer service at all times and to provide services that meet or exceed your expectations. We know from our customer’s feedback that we do often achieve this but we also know that sometimes we don’t.
The best way for us to know what you think is to ask you a few questions about a service that you have just used. This might be about a repair, moving to a new home, or making a complaint we hope that you will give us just a few moments of your time to tell us honestly what you thought about what we did. We may ask you these questions over the telephone, in writing or coming to see you.
We then look at your comments carefully and look to see what is working well or what is not. We are always looking to improve and your feedback helps us to do this.
