Cyclical Redecoration Programme (communal areas)
Old Ford Housing Association has a responsibility to ensure that the property remains in a good standard of repair and decoration. To help us achieve this we have a 5 year programme of works in place so that we can ensure every property receives the right level of maintenance at the right time.
In 2007 a procurement exercise was carried out to find a contractor who would partner with Old Ford Housing in responsive, voids and the cyclical works programme. After a robust tender exercise, which involved residents, Mears were selected.
