Use our quick guide to the Old Ford website to find your way around. You can create an account to view your statements and repairs history, join the Question & Answer forums, or just use our resident services.

Creating 'my account'

You can now view your rent statements online, and your repairs history. If you create an account, you’ll be able to log-in to view your details. You’ll also be able to contribute to our Question & Answer forums, which you’ll find under the 'Get involved' tab.

To create an account on the new website, you’ll need:

  • An email account, such as Yahoo, Hotmail or Google.
  • Your Allpay card to hand. This has your tenancy reference number and your Allpay number (the long number on the front)
  • To input a favourite word.

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive your PIN number by email. Click on the ‘My Account’ button and in you go!

Question & Answers forum

Once you've created your Old Ford account, you'll also be able to contribute in the Questions & Answers forum. Ask a question, and with any luck, you'll get an answer - be it advice, support, or information. You can also rate other people's responses, to move them up and down the ratings.

Finding local amenities

We've put a map and search facility in to the site, so you can find local amenities, and soon we’ll be adding Old Ford events, training opportunities, children's activities, and jobs at our office addresses.

Get the Old Ford RSS news feeds

You can add any page to your feeds list, such as the news page.
When you subscribe to a feed, it is added to the Common Feed List. Updated information from the feed is automatically downloaded to your computer and can be viewed in Internet Explorer and other programs. You can find out more about feeds when you launch the reader.

Resident services

You can pay your rent via Allpay

All our usual services are still here. Look under the customer services tab, or under 'Resident Information' to find:

  • Ordering repairs (and charts to identify the problem yourself)
  • Making complaints and compliments
  • Resident magazines, tenant handbooks and useful publications
  • Reporting anti-social behaviour and harassment
  • Latest news

What’s coming…

We’ll be uploading plenty of community material and videos, so you can get a taster of what sort of social activities and training our community development departments can offer. We’ll be putting surveys on the site too, and generally cramming the site with useful information!
