The Construction Training Initiative is one of a range of innovative projects delivered by the team.

The Construction Training Initiative is run from Old Ford's dedicated construction training centre and assists individuals to gain training and work experience in various aspects of the construction industry including bricklaying, plumbing, carpentry and painting and decorating.
