What details do we need?

When reporting a repair, by whichever method you choose, please provide the following information:
  • your name, address and contact telephone number
  • what and where the problem is
  • when somebody will be at home for the work to be carried out
    any special needs you may have, for example, if you have a disability
  • any special arrangements needed in order to gain access to do the repair

Once you have reported a repair we will send out an acknowledgement form with brief details of the work. This will include the name of the contractor and the priority category and target date for the works.

Attached to the form you will find a repairs satisfaction questionnaire which we ask you fill in and return to us as soon as the job is completed. This helps us to monitor your satisfaction with the standard of work and the performance of the contractor.
