Welcome to Property Services – we have responsibility for repairs, servicing and improvements to your home.

Simon Farmer is the Head of Property Services and is supported by the Asset and Repairs Teams to provide the above services.

Planned Programme of Works*

If you would like to have details of our planned programme of works please refer to the attached booklets. The interior booklet gives details for the coming year - 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011 - and the exterior gives details for the remaining three years of the programme. Please note these details are, at this stage, only an indication of the likely works. Works will only be confirmed once a survey has been undertaken.

Home Improvements*

In addition to the Government's Decent Homes Standard we promised at the time of transfer that we would deliver a range of additional works and improvements to your home. We have called this the Mole Valley Standard and the link below provides you with more details of these standards.
