Housing benefit

Last modified 25/03/09 at 17:16

Tenants on a low income with savings of less than £16,000 may be entitled to Housing Benefit to pay part or all of their rent. Contact Mole Valley District Council’s Housing Benefit section for more information.

The amount of benefit you are entitled to will depend on your individual circumstances. If your benefit does not cover your full rent, you will need to pay us the balance. Every tenant must pay their own water rates and utilities charges if applicable.
