Applying for Rented Accommodation
Who do I apply to?
Mole Valley Housing Association works in partnership with Mole Valley District Council to allocate our homes.
Since May 2008, people who were on the Mole Valley District Council's Housing Register have been using a new Choice-Based lettings system to find a home. To find more information about available homes and to help you make informed choices about where you want to live, please click on the following link 'Mole Valley Home Choice'. If you are currently a Mole Valley Housing Association tenant who wishes to transfer to alternative accommodation, you will need to register with Mole Valley District Council through the Choice Based Lettings system.
Our Housing Stock is let through a Choice Based Lettings system (CBL) which is administered by Mole Valley District Council (MVDC)
