Last modified 23/01/09 at 14:00

SNAP is a group of six housing and support organisations in Suffolk which provides a floating support service across seven areas in the county.

The service provides support to single people and families who need support to manage their tenancies as well as support with budgeting, debt management, accessing welfare benefits and finding employment and training. We put together a support plan which is based on your individual needs and is agreed by you.

The service is available to single people, families and mixed households where support is not provided and you can live in private, owner-occupied or social housing.
