Get Involved

EPIC Trust aims to ensure that everyone gets a say in how we run our services. We actively encourage input from service-users, involve them in their support plan and support them to make decisions for themselves.

Harts Fun DayEPIC Trust produces a handbook for all EPIC service-users. This includes information on useful contacts, details of service user rights, summaries of key policies and details of how to get involved. The handbook is translated into other languages, and where required, produced in accessible formats such as audio and pictorial versions.

Our staff arrange regular meetings which are often led by service users and where decisions about living environments, social funds and house rules are made. Quarterly policy forums are held at which members take part in policy reviews and are consulted on written information.

We run service-user forums across the divisions with the intention of bringing people together from different schemes. Service-users also have the opportunity to be trained as mystery shoppers and we provide the opportunity to be involved in staff recruitment.
