Anne joined Circle 33 Housing Trust in 1991 as a senior housing support worker having previously worked for Notting Hill Housing Trust and the care sector of social services. Anne has worked in a number of roles in EPIC Trust and has been Managing Director since Autumn 2006.

Zaiba started work at Circle 33 Housing Trust as a project manager for the Young People team ten years ago. Prior to joining Circle 33, she worked as a frontline support worker for young single homeless people and ex-offenders in a number of voluntary agencies.

Janette returned to the organisation in autumn 2006 having previously worked for EPIC Trust from 1997 until 2001, when she left to work for voluntary sector providers. Janette started her career in the care sector on a youth training scheme working with people with autism and went on to work with people with learning disabilities and mental ill health.

Chris joined EPIC Trust in February 2008. Chris is also trustee for the Elderly Accommodation Council. He began his career as a psychiatric nurse, moving into residential care for people with dementia and was an initiating member of the Bradford Dementia Group. He has managed residential care, day care, home care and sheltered housing for the private, statutory and voluntary sectors and has also worked as a head of commissioning and project manager.
