We’ll be looking at how we can improve the services provided to older people in all the areas in which we work.
Our first step will be talking to you to ask for your views. We’ll use this information to plan ahead and adapt our services to your needs as well as thinking about what new services are needed.
At the same time, we will continue to find new ways to involve you and find out what’s important to you.
