3 March 2010 Orchard Village continues to grow / Planning permission and funding secured for Phase Two of £80m regeneration of Orchard Village

Circle Anglia has secured planning permission and funding for Phase Two of the £80m regeneration of Orchard Village in the London Borough of Havering, which is managed by Old Ford Housing Association. Planning permission was unanimously granted by the London Borough of Havering’s Planning Committee and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has approved nearly £15 million grant support.

Leading affordable housing provider, Circle Anglia, has issued invitations to four law firms to join its new legal panel for three years. Cobbetts, Devonshires, Trowers and Hamlins and Wragge & Co were chosen following a full competitive tender process, which attracted expressions of interest from 25 firms.
