New futures in Fenland

As the first shared ownership homes to be delivered in Fenland following the launch of Roddons Housing Association, Finkle Court was part of Circle Anglia’s commitment to making more affordable homes available to the local community.

Paul FountainPaul Fountain, pictured right, is a local Fenland resident. When he separated from his wife recently he couldn’t afford to buy a home outright.

He was desperate to stay in the locality to be close to his children, but getting on the housing ladder seemed out of reach.

“When the homes in Finkle Court became available I was thrilled. They are so modern and spacious for new homes that I thought they may be out of my price range. I was really surprised to find that I could get back onto the housing ladder. More than that, my new home means I can have my children over as there is plenty of room and a garden. The rural location really suits me, it is perfect.”
