Where we are growing

Maintaining local identities is crucial to Circle Anglia. Our inclusive group structure means that associations retain their own local structure and identity while benefiting considerably from membership of a large group.

Mercian Housing Association joined the Group in October 2009 after shareholders voted in favour in the summer. Mercian Housing Association bring 3,400 rented and shared ownership properties to Circle Anglia, meaning the Group now collectively own and manage over 61,500 properties.
