Growth & partnership

Circle Anglia has a fresh and dynamic approach to pursuing new opportunities and partnerships. To drive this, it has created a dedicated Business Growth team to deliver the best possible service to our residents, partners and clients.

C33 Stock Tour Haverstock Hill 14As of March 2010, we have welcomed Merton Council's residents to the newly created Merton Priory Homes, and in October 2009, the Group welcomed Mercian Housing Association. In 2007, we welcomed Mole Valley Housing Association, Roddons Housing Association, Russet Homes and Invicta Telecare. The Group now owns and manages over 60,000 homes.

Circle Anglia's inclusive Group structure means that housing associations are able to retain their own local structure and identity while benefitting considerably from membership of the Group.

Partnership working

Cross keys homes

As part of our development agency service, Circle Anglia has teamed up with Peterborough’s largest social landlord, Cross Keys Homes, to develop up to 500 much-needed affordable homes per year.

Rockingham Forest

The Group’s partnership with Rockingham Forest, which will tackle the serious shortage of affordable housing in Northamptonshire, got off to a flying start when it was awarded preferred registered RSL status (the predecessor to 'RP status') by Corby Borough Council in 2007.
