Conclusions
Circle Anglia is a Group which clearly has capacity and expertise to develop new homes. The Group’s business plan sets out the parameters for growth, which will be delivered through the principles set out in this Development Strategy.
Circle Anglia is committed to working in partnership to meet housing need and provide local services to existing and future tenants, leaseholders and owner-occupiers.
The Group recognises that we are currently operating in an exciting but challenging environment and many external pressures will affect the success of the Group’s development ambitions and the Group will continue to be flexible in its approach to delivering new homes within this environment.
Each Group partner is committed to meeting the Group’s growth ambitions as set out in the business plan and the key strategies that are linked in this document such as the Business Growth Strategy and the Group’s Development Activity Strategy which together set out Circle Anglia’s strategy for growth.
