St Giles Circus, Camden
Central St Giles is a landmark development of 53 homes provided as part of a mixed use development in central London.
400, 000 ft2 of commercial space will be developed and our residential accommodation is provided within a 14 storey block above the commercial space.
The scheme is highly sustainable with three tenures, rent, shared ownership and intermediate rent provided. High density family living is exemplified by the provision of larger family housing in the lower storeys of the block. A biomass boiler will provided to enhance levels of renewable energy.
The scheme was designed by award winning architects practice Renzo Piano Workshop and is currently under construction. Completion of the residential element of the scheme is due in December 2009.
