East India Docks, Tower Hamlets

Designed by architectural practice CZWG, East India Dock Road will deliver a major mixed use regeneration project, and a destination in its own right.

The development is located in a 0.8 hectare "mini-city" comprised of a series of medium and high rise mixed use buildings, up to 37 storeys, designed around a central boulevard, piazzas and landscaped gardens.

The scheme is highly contemporary in style and will provide a mixture of apartments and family homes with features including roof gardens, balconies and terraces, expanses of glazing and glass fronted feature atriums.
