Disability equality scheme
Circle Anglia is committed to ensuring all employees, including those with disabilities, are treated equally.
In consultation with residents, staff and board members we have put together a Disability Equality Scheme and Action Plan that sets out how we intend to achieve this in every case.
Two key actions we have agreed in the plan are:
- Reviewing and implementing our policy on employing staff with disabilities
- Raising staff awareness and being positive about disability, including hidden disability
