Paying your rent

Last modified 11/12/09 at 09:58

PLEASE NOTE: WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUES AT CORSICA STREET RECEPTION.

You can pay your rent in a number of ways, by cash, card and over the phone:

  • By Direct Debit
  • By standing order
  • Over the Internet at www.allpay.net
  • Using a debit or credit card at your main office or by calling your Rent Officer or the contact centre: Freephone 08000 730 417
  • By post to either your local office or at your main office. (Never send cash through the post, always use a cheque or postal order.)
  • Through Allpay – at any Post Office or other outlet that display the following:
    - Epay
    - Paypoint
  • Allpay 24 hour payment line 0844 557 8321.
  • Housing Benefit direct to us

It is important that we collect the rent that is due to us. If we do not, we will not be able to provide a service to our tenants or provide homes to people waiting for housing.

When you moved into your new home, you signed a tenancy agreement that requires you to pay your rent weekly in advance. Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract. If you do not keep to it, there are steps we can take to end your tenancy. Don’t let this happen to you!
