It's official! Circle 33's strengths outweigh weaknesses with excellent prospects for improvement

As you may know, Circle 33 underwent a "Short Notice Inspection" by the Audit Commission in January 2009.

Audit Press ReleaseIn March 2009 the Audit Commission announced their findings that in terms of service delivery, Circle 33's strengths outweigh weaknesses - a result we are extremely proud of as it shows that we are improving as a result of listening to and working with tenants to shape our services. We then put together an action plan based on the recommendations of the Audit Commission and consulted tenants on this plan during April 2009.

Over 100 tenants responded formally to the consultation with 83% agreeing that the plan was clear, 13% disagreeing with some parts of the plan and 37% suggesting improvements. In response to our customers' feedback we made a number of changes to the plan and presented the final copy to the Audit Commission.

On 26th June 2009 the Audit Commission announced their judgement on our "prospects for improvement" and concluded that Circle 33 have excellent prospects.
