Circle 33 works directly across London in 21 Local Authority Areas, although the vast majority (75%) of its directly managed stock is concentrated in 5 Core Boroughs – Camden, Hackney, Haringey, Islington and Waltham Forest – all of which share common characteristics:

Low levels of unemployment but with the majority of job growth in the low wage service sector
High house and land prices, sustained demand for affordable housing and high levels of homelessness
A growing and rapidly changing BME population (23% London wide average BME populations – average for some boroughs at over 50%
High concentrations and pockets of deprivation in close proximity to relative affluence.
